I've stopped by here many times and finally decided to write a review. This place is near Fresno State. So the clientele is a mix of students studying and friends catching up. You can tell this coffee place has its "regulars" that stop in. I love that it has such a warm and welcoming vibe. Today, I just ordered a tea but in the past I've ordered coffee and some of their delicious pastries. If you haven't stopped in yet, you definitely need to!!

I love this place. I go there very often. I usually get the Pour Over Coffee or Affogato if it's too hot. Highly recommended!

Strawberry matcha foam = good! I don't know how they do it but I love the ambiance of this place. It's so comforting and relaxing. Service is usually friendly and DH enjoys the americanos although depends on the barista sometimes. They use good beans.

Cool little cafe catering to students and those that work from home. Really tasty coffee. They've got a pretty big selection of both food and drinks. Only gripe was the avocado toast was made with what seemed like avocado spread, not fresh smashed avocado. Nonetheless, it was still a tasty toast. Staff is friendly. Plenty of seating and the place has a really cool ambiance. Definitely top tier for Fresno coffee shops.

Collect has been a staple for me since high school and will always have a special place in my heart. Situated near Fresno State, this place is perfect to study or catch up with friends. This place has ample seating (with outlets!!!) and they always have great music playing. Service is quick and efficient. The drinks are delish. I know people go crazy over the coffee, especially their macadamia latte, but I'm going to give some love to their new matcha drinks. They are worth allll the hype and I hope they stay on the menu permanently. 〰  Strawberry Matcha (5/5): Their strawberry matcha is DELISH! I've been on the hunt for a good strawberry matcha after having a life-changing one in SF and am happy to say I found a dupe in Fresno. It's fire! 〰 Matcha Cloud (5/5): A refreshing drink. Coconut water with matcha cold foam??? MMMM. This is a perfect summer drink for someone who wants something light but still wants that matcha flavor. I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did but I've gone back to get this a couple times.

Great location, environment, and service. As far as the coffee goes for me, it always ends up being too...bitter. I tried making it a little sweeter before but then it was too sweet. That's more of a personal issue. Next time I will shoot for hot coffee and see if it works well for me. (The two iced drinks I have tried are the Donkey Kong and Tuxedo).

While traveling to NorCal and stastaying in Fresno for a night, we made a stopover at Collect Coffee Bar before heading out the next day. The style had a contemporary flair and friendly baristas. We had the cortado, while not groundbreaking, offers a satisfying balance of bold espresso and creamy steamed milk. It's a straightforward yet enjoyable option for those seeking a reliable caffeine fix.

Always a good time coming here at collect coffee. Friendly baristas, good drinks and snacks. I like getting a cappucino and if i'm feeling snacky i'll get the brookie. Which is sweet and amazing! Can't wait to come back in this area
